Excellent service, called in the morning and AP came out the same day, quickly found the problem with my conservatory... door handles. He put in a temporary fix overnight and came back the next day with all the parts to realign the door and fit the new handles and locks. One of my Staff had snapped the key in the lock, in all fairness the lock had been playing up for ages and I knew it... needed replacing but hadnt got round to it.. but Less than an hour from snapping the key the lock was replaced and all was good in the world again, I had expected a big bill for the service and that simply wasnt the case,,, i would of happily paid double..
